  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons) unless defective.

3. Return Process

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
